Pretty much free style- it's mostly 'wet on wet' though.

Oh, okay. I work that way usually with flowers, feels like I would need to loosen up majorly to achieve the kind of style you have in this painting

I like dabbing the wet paint with a paper towel- That's why everything is so faint.

The whole painting is mostly an experimentation. ._.

Did you use watercolor paper for this? Or some other type?
I have never been able to get watercolors to work well, and you made this very controlled. Any tips?

I did use watercolor paper. Actually, this is my second(ish) watercolor painting, so I'm not an expert. :L
